Primary CAD software used since 2021 for wide range of projects including UC Merced AIAA projects, Senior Capstone, and Research. Five Dassault Systemes CAD certifications in general and specialized CAD functions (CSWA, CSWP, CSWP-SM, CSWPA-SU, CSWP-DT)
Helped organize reoccurring Solidworks certification opportunities with engineering faculty and the Associate Dean. This program increased the amount of proctored events from up to one per year to four per year, and leading to over students receiving 80 CSWA certifications in the last two years. Software used at The Boeing Company in 2023 and 2024 during two production engineering internships. Boeing sponsored me to complete a 40 hour certified Dassault Systèmes CATIA training course. I used CATIA for both systems I designed for 777X production, one of which received a Boeing invention disclosure and was considered for a patent
Began using Fusion 360 for its powerful and intuitive Computer Aided Manufacturing capabilities. To improve workflow, I increasingly designed systems directly in Fusion 360, leveraging its entire design, evaluation, and manufacturing workflow.
Used Audodesk Inventor from 2017 to 2021 as the design lead of Team 3482 in the FIRST robotics challenge. This competition introduced me to many advanced design principals and processes, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), FEA (Finite Element Analysis), parametric design, and collaborative design through GrabCAD Workbench.
